    John Mellencamp made a deal with his 14-year-old son Speck that if the younger Mellencamp could get 1,000,000 people to join a Facebook group, the elder Mellencamp would quit smoking. Having had parents who both smoked, I know how Speck feels – you’ll try anything and enlist anyone who will help to get them to quit.
