You can take the Cajun out of Louisiana, but you can't take the Louisiana out of the Cajun. Will Payne Harrison is a Nashville based singer/songwriter originally from Louisiana with a knack for storytelling and a longing for home. With his debut album, Louisiana Summer, Harrison challenges himself to explore greater emotional depths including earnest struggles with fear, love, faith and loss. In his previous band, The Onlies, Harrison landed tracks in David Letterman's Production Company's We Made This Movie, The Shelter starring Michael Pare (Virgin Suicides), and the 2015 remake of the classic Black Beauty starring Luke Perry (Beverly Hills 90210). With Louisiana Summer, Harrison and his band (featuring The Onlies co-founder Fawn Larson, bassist Katie Blomarz, and mandolinist Caleb Edwards) look forward to bringing a little bit of Louisiana to the rest of the world.
