Odd, old venue, but a blazing, noisy set from Wilco. Played most of the new record (save for You and I, Solitaire and Everlasting Everything if memory serves). Impossible Germany remains a highlight, as does the extended version of Spiders(Kidsmoke). For me, after seeing multiple shows, Wilco remain at the top of heap of live bands working these days.No bullshit, just playing.
Curious whether anyone else witnessed the show. And is it me or does Tweedy get into some kind of verbal brawl with someone in the crowd at every show?
