Henry Chadwick Debuts Your New Favorite Video: “Change”
Henry Chadwick: A name you are hearing frequently and with good reason. The Santa Cruz native sets the bar high once again with his new brilliant video for “Change,” which has us even more excited for his upcoming release “Marlin Fisher,” which will grace the airwaves on August 31st. Chadwick’s talent for not only writing a catchy song but producing one as well, is impressive. The video is a fun take on the track which made its debut earlier this month. Again we catch the fun side of Chadwick, which brings a vibrant, bouncy beat to the table.
Teaming up on the new record with legendary producer, Rob Schnapf, who has worked with Elliot Smith, Kurt Vile, Beck and The Vines to name a few, Henry is about to share his most impressive breath of work to date. “Rob has been a part of some of my favorite records, and I had a feeling that he would be able to help take my songs where I wanted them to go,” he states. The result brings out his unique and charasmatic vision to the world, that proves to be Henry’s most personal and ambitious effort to date.
For the track and the release as a whole, Henry acted as a multi-instrumentalist once again, playing drums, guitar, bass and keys on the record. The songs have been brought to life for the stage with his 4-piece band, consisting of Eddie Curzon (guitar), Zach Scott (bass) and Anders Cochran (drums), whom appear alongside him in the video.
Filled with indie pop hooks and intriging imagery, it’s safe to say that Chadwick and his band of merry men will stand the test of time.
