The empty fields of Mulberry Mountain have been engulfed in tents, cars and people. It is literally a sea of tents, each one a different color. Even all the red tents are of varying hues of red depeding on the age or make of the tent. The result: a mosaic of stunning magnitude. Before opening the Backwoods stage and the Revival Tent, two of the five stages here at Waka, massive crowds of people talked quietly amongst themselves. It was still, like the center of a hurricane. And when the Saturday Sirens started to play, the docile crowd picked up, dropped what they were doing and swarmed towards the stages.
