    Dennis Linde, who wrote “Burning Love” for Elvis Presley, the #1 hits “I’m Gonna Get You” and “In A Letter To You” for Eddy Raven, and “Goodbye Earl” for the Dixie Chicks, died December 22 in Nashville of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. A member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, he was 63.
