    Outlaw David Allan Coe has made the cover of the UK magazine Country Music People.  Dougls McPherson did a 7-page interview with the country music outlaw and pondered the question: “Is David Allan Coe the most interesting man in country music?”  The interview reveals that he certainly is one of the most interesting.
