Easy Ed

Following the classic American story 'from rags to riches to rags again',  Easy Ed's thirty-seven year career in the music industry began in the mail room, eventually rose to the executive suite and ended sitting in the Human Resource office and staring at a perplexed career counselor.

An experienced writer of memos and noted author of corporate sales policy handbooks, Easy first began posting articles on No Depression's website in early 2009. In addition to working the night shift and covering the crime beat for us, he's attended a wide range of events on our behalf spanning around the globe, from celebrity tennis tournaments to seminars on corneal epithelium.

According to an unconfirmed citation on his Wikipedia page, he is the composer and lyricist of seventeen charted rhythm and blues songs between 1957 and 1974, and has performed and toured extensively with the Chi-Lites.
