I only stayed for Alejandro. I'm not a Los Lonely Boys fan although I agree that the lead guitar player was talented! I didn't think the sound was very good either and it really annoyed me that he only played for 30 minutes!!

I will most likely be at the Tractor tonight. Not 100% sure, but definitely keep a lookout and say hello.

I unfortunately didn't find the Magazine until the end, had just subscribed....glad you started this up, although I'd imagine finding a revenue stream is probably harder than one would imagine. I've always loved Folk/Americana, but have pretty much let rock music go by the wayside, Jazz has been rekindled in my heart...lucky to be in Chicago so seeing it live is a treat....now it's time to bundle up a couple thousand rock LP's, selling them is more of a chore than I ever imagined.....will have to look for the Dirk Hamilton mentioned in the email, that's one I'm not familiar with but enjoyed his first two.
