Thank you, Ed, for these two tributes. Beautiful. A great collection of videos. The Life and Times video was very interesting full of stuff I's never knew. Felice Bryant was right about the "time of that sound has not passed. That's an eternal sound",  just look around at the many contemporary Americana artists mining that same vein and it still sounds fresh.
