2012 arrived in hurry and brought with it three monumental events for me, my family, and Uprooted Music Revue: the birth of our son, a new teaching position, and an "uprooted" cross-county move from Brooklyn, NY to Portland, OR.
So with keeping these joyous, thrilling, and forever life-altering experiences in mind, these are the albums that I have been listening to most as a fan, artist, teacher, writer, husband, and father this year.
