Music in the Hall: Episode 12 (3.18.10) featuring South Memphis String Band

One March 18, 2010, Episode 12 of Music in the Hall was filmed in Oxford, MS. It included four sets: Luther Dickinson solo, Alvin Youngblood Hart solo, a segment from Jimbo Mathus's new musical Mosquitoville, and South Memphis String Band.

Music in the Hall is a monthly show filmed in Oxford, MS. It takes place in the oldest building on the historic Oxford Square. The big hallway of an office space (with amazing acoustics) is cleared and converted into a listening room with capacity just under 100, creating a intimate setting perfect for capturing high quality video and audio.
