Kyla Fairchild at the No Depression Music Festival

Lisa and I were at the No Depression Music Festival this weekend which was nothing short of excellent! Primarily, we went to see Iron and Wine, but left fans of Patterson Hood and Gillian Welch. Gillian played with Dave Rollins who was awesome!

Comment by Kathy Ringo on July 13, 2009 at 12:50pm: I went to the NO Festival with a co-woker and it was one of the most fabulous shows ever, Hot and Sunny (needed shade) and we were able to stand up front for all the shows..I went esp to see Gillian Welsh awesome, and Iron and Wine, also great! Best surprise was Justin Townes Earl. The majority of the people came later and missed the great all star reviw and Zee Avi, who was also really excellent. Great work all, and looking forward to next year. (p.s. people flew in from Canada etc for the show. Kathy Seattle
