I do not know if this has been mentioned on the No Depression web site blogs but in the event it has not then I thought that I would go ahead and mention something about this news. I was perusing the Bluegrass Blog the other day and learned about the Bill Monroe Postal Stamp Campaign for 2011. The year 2011 would mark the 100th birthday of the Father of Bluegrass music and I think this would be a great honor to this individual.
