Vic Chestnutt

I just heard of Vic Chestnutt's death...
Words are so heavy right now they just break with the heart.
It is a terrible loss, my thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family.
I can only hope his soul has found peace...he will be missed.

Vic Chesnutt R.I.P.

It has been confirmed by the New York Times that Vic Chesnutt died Friday afternoon, at age 45, due to an apparent overdose of muscle relaxants.

I had posted here that he was in a coma on Thursday morning after reading the information on a forum on Kristen Hersh's website, and updated the post late Thursday night after reading reports that he had passed away. That information turned out to be erroneous… Continue
