With the anger, passion, and stripped down truth, Brian Walther, chronicles life in a way so refreshingly honest one has to take notice and listen to this true American storyteller.
Over the past three decades, Brian Walther has traveled the world chronicling his experiences and preaching the gospel of the common man in the vein of Dylan, Mellencamp, and Neil Young. Whether it has been as a founding member of the seminal 80’s punk band “Eddie and the Sh**headz”, the keyboard player for blues rockers “Steele River”, or on his own, Walther has detailed the angst, sorrow, and celebration of life.
Music has defined Walther as a person. By the time he turned 18 years of age, Brian had already enjoyed success as a drummer, bass player, guitarist, keyboard player, sound engineer, and recording artist. In 1987 and ’88 respectively, Walther produced and engineered two independently released classic punk albums with “The Eddies”(Ignorant Prix, 1987 and Country Bumpkin, 1988) which sold several thousand copies.
Throughout the years, Walther has continued to perform with various bands and as a solo artist around the globe. His debut solo album “North Union Avenue” preaches the gospel of the common man through stories of Life, Love, and Loss in small town America.
Brian is available for interviews and is currently accepting bookings for public appearances, live performances, house concerts, benefit shows, and touring.
