Thanks Simon for the Ely mention. We played with a great band from London last weekend. They're called Norton Money. They do have 2 ex pat San Francisco members but I'd still call 'em a UK band. www.myspace.com/nortonmoney

Do they have to be current? Cast your mind back 15 years and you'll find the definitive answer - The Rockingbirds. I agree with the comment about the Endrick Brothers; they are well worth a listen. Anybody mentioned Grand Drive yet ?

Hiya, yup things are moving on. We're in the middle of recording an E.P. Andrew (fiddle) has some pretty decent recording gear. We recorded 5 songs at Chiltern (the drums sound absolutely bang on) and Tim has just re done his guitar parts at Andrews house, Lobby is re doing his bass next weekend, he's going to use his double bass on a couple of tracks. After that it's the mixing stage. The hardest thing is getting gigs, any ideas? I think we could do with a manager or at least someone who's good at promoting. You up for sending a few emails for us????

How about you, you still rushed off at work??
