As a teenager I learnt to play the guitar by jamming along to John Lee Hooker and Howlin' Wolf records. Angst then turned me onto punk, metal and indie music for the best part of a decade. A few years ago, kids came along, life balanced out and a reawakened passion for music resurfaced. This lead to a deep exploration of dub, reggae, jazz, west african rhythms and finally, back to my roots, the blues...
In the last year I have began writing seriously for the first time in 15 years, picking up keys, banjo, uke, saxophone and kora to add to my guitar based tunes. Thank You Colin for your friend request. Yes that Indian Twilight song blew me away when I heard it and I knew I had to do something to get it out there. It was buried deep in a guitar forum and the audio was very thin. Did my best to produce it and make a video suited for the song. So many songs like that get lost.
