Mutineer replied to Jim Moulton's discussion 'What 3 or 4 things do you have to meet to be Americana?'

Mutineer commented on Grant Alden's blog post 'An unwanted political digression about life, liberty, and the Supreme Court'
Our political system is a total joke. And our votes don't matter much in the grand scheme of things. Our politicians haggle over a few social issues, a slight push and pull on our tax rates, and entitlements. Plus, they do provide us with a lot…

Album Review: Darcie Miner – Loneliness Anonymous

Loneliness Anonymous cuts deep with a healing effect!Darcie MinerLoneliness Anonymous(Indminer Records: US Oct 2009)Darcie Miner’s first full length CD, Loneliness Anonymous, is an extremely powerful mix of songs that are chock-full of blunt honesty and tragic truth. It is one of the most compelling records to come out in recent memory, and hopefully will establish the 26 year-old singer/songwriter as an up and coming—and important—artist in the Americana/Triple A scene. This record reads like…See More

Mutineer replied to Kim Ruehl's discussion 'Bob Dylan's best songs?'
Kinda late for the show here, but love Dylan... 1. Sweetheart Like You...Mark Knopfler's solo at the end is sublime 2. If Not For You...went into shock when I found out George didn't write it... made me a fan, though...hey I was 11 3.…
