"Awesome song, brings a tear every time I hear it.  I'm on the fence about Emmylou's participation. I almost prefer Mark's version singing alone at the Prince's Trust."

Sheldon replied to Albert's discussion 'Whose Legacy Will Endure - Dylan or Mitchell?'
"I've listened to Joni on and off over the years and can't stand most of it.  Dylan is in a class by himself.  I asked my 18 years old son if he liked Bob Dylan.  He said no, not really.  I asked him if he liked Joni…"

I don't know about you but I kind of expect something new from my favorite artists every 18-24 months. Probably not fair to put a timetable on someone else's creativity but I am selfish and I want what I want.So when it goes longer I start checking websites to see what is up. Recently Mark Knopfler, Steve Earle, Richard Thompson, Son Volt, Low and Guy Clark all checked in with new CD's. Thank you boys. But where is James McMurtry? Just Us Kids came out in 2008 and Live In Europe in 2009. At…See More
