Sarah Borges is brilliant. I saw her @ the Vernon Club in Louisville which is actually in the basement of a bowling alley. Way cool joint. Anyway, I gave her a Detroit Cobras CD to listen to with her band on the road, and like six months later she emails me and says they loved it & played it constantly in the van for the entire tour. Haven't heard that Live Singles yet, but will certainly make it a point to do so. I loved her latest studio effort. The cover of Smokey's "Being With You" is, I think, a top notch effort--and that is no small compliment coming from me, as I grew up in Detroit. Anyway, just wanted to say "Cool List." Haven't seen Sarah on any of the others & I absolutely adore her.
