"On The Floor of Heaven" by the Blue Shadows. The song Deliver Me was probably the great overlooked country-rock song of the '90s.

I also recently reviewed a hell of a great album by a local San Diego band Black Market III, called "Songs that Shake the Cage". It opens with a cover of Rumble and has two Tom Waits covers.
