This all started with an interest in the music of Gillian Welch. A few years ago, heard some on our local public radio station, KCMU, and thought, "Well. Here's something unusual and very good. It's been a long time." So when my buddy offered me a couple of tickets to this Summer show of No Depression in Marymoor Park, I had to sign up. I heard her once in the Moore Theatre; an outdoor show won't be clear and strong as that, but a different scene. I hope I can hear it. We'll find out.
