John Wesley Harding will perform a rare area solo show Friday, 11/6, to benefit Urban Ministries of Durham (UMD). The performance, part of the Strings Attached Productions ongoing concert series benefiting UMD takes place in the Parish Hall of St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 403 E Main St, downtown Durham (entrance on Queen St.).
Fresh local brew from Triangle Brewing, wine, sodas, water and sweet and savory snacks will be available at the show. Parking is free and monitored.
Seating is general admission at $15 per person in advance ($20 day of show, if available); $8 for persons 12 and under (childcare available for the younger tots, if need be) and go on sale 10/6 via online at

All profits benefit UMD's work providing housing, food, clothes and other services to Durham's needy citizens.
