The Volcano Diary to Celebrate Debut Release @ Neumos, Feb. 3

Seattle’s The Volcano Diary celebrates the release of their debut album with a 10 PM set at Neumos on Thursday, Feb. 3. The self-titled CD was produced by Steve Fisk (Geraldine Fibbers, Damien Jurado, Low) and features nine understated, yet dynamic, tracks. The Volcano Diary is the new electro-acoustic project started by singer-songwriter Alicia Dara, who released the acclaimed The Secret Dream of Tigers (Chroma Records) in 2008.
