Comment by David Guilbault on May 9, 2013 at 2:52pm Hi folks. Just joined this site (and this group) and wanted to introduce myself. I write and perform honest-to-goodness, nitty-gritty original music of life, love and loss - songs that live in the truth. My band, the David Guilbault Band, will be playing the Fountain Lawn Stage at Northwest Folklife Festival at noon on Friday, May 24th. We'd love to have you come and hear us perform. You can audition my music on BandCamp (http://davidguilbault.bandcamp.com/). Hope all is well with you and yours. Cheers for now. David.

Comment by Derek on December 22, 2012 at 11:04am The Rainieros are playing at the Triple Door tonight Saturday, December 22. Highly recommend if you haven't heard them live. They play classic country.
Comment by Derek on October 17, 2012 at 8:27pm I just noticed it's going to be a great Saturday night in Ballard for live music. The Sunset has folksy country crooner Tim Easton and Americana band Palatine Ave. The Tractor has Rusted Root with its rootsy world music.
2 Bit Saloon has the Guns of Nevada, a favorite cowpunk band of mine.
I will definitely make may way into town for this can't miss night of live music.

Comment by Shawna Cooper Management on March 24, 2012 at 4:34pm TONIGHT!!!! March 24th - Toronto's NEW COUNTRY REHAB w/ Caleb Klauder trio at Conor Byrne Pub. 9 pm
" and now here's Ontario's New Country Rehab. They make foot stompin', guitar strummin', fiddle sawin' music that has its ancestry in old-time American music but rocks a little too hard to be relegated to the folk bin. Their excellent self-titled debut is nothing but a pleasure from start to finish” NED LANNAMANN / Portland Mercury Mar. 22/2012
