Whither Paste magazine?

What's the deal with Paste? Just got the new issue with Avetts on the cover, but it's about the size of TV Guide and 46 pages and ain't what it used to be at all. Web only here we come it looks like to me.

That's over a month old since which they've raised a lot of money.

Inside they explain that the bigger publication is going to an every other month cycle. On the off month the will be publishing the small "special topic" editions like the Avett cover one. The theme this time was summer festivals.
