What's In Your "Top 25 Most Played" Folder on ITunes - Does It Surprise You?

I bring this up because I find it funny what's on my top 25. I normally have it on shuffle as I use it alot at work so my top 25 most listened to really reflects that. Find it scary that 15 songs out of those 25 are by the same artist. (ashamed) :P

Been listening more often at home as I've been trying to clean out, add to, and update my itunes. I've found that the list has started changing because of this.

Would be interesting to hear how accurate this folder is for other people. What do you listen to the most? Number one?

Going to wait to share mine until I finish cleaning out my itunes in the next few days.

Yours has alot of repears from the same artists as well. Maybe I'm not alone! Thanks for the reply. I'll check that music out. Trying to make my itunes a tight list - where I LOVE every song - not merely tolerate them. This is clearing up room on my ipod for new favourites.
Top 26 in fact:

the whole of Jolie Holland's album "Springtime Can Kill You" (12 tracks) and the New Pornographers' "Twin Cinema" . The latter was just out when I get my iPod and has never been off it, so it has the boost from longevity. The former was a few months later but is an album I never ever tire of. Number 1 is that album's closer "Mexican Blue" - which is as good a way to spend 6 mins 30 seconds as you'll find anywhere on planet earth.
looking at the folder, the play counts must go back almost 10 years [iTunes early adopter] - for the most part the top plays of individual songs don't line up with artists I listen to a lot. Exceptions - The Wrens, Silkworm, The Hold Steady, and maybe Idlewild.
Interesting to see, eh? I really should go t the downstairs computer and see the top 25 on that one. It's been about... a year/a year and a ahalf since I've done really anything on that since I have the laptop now. The laptops playcounts are fairly low. Be interesting to see how high and what songs are on the other computer
Here's a peek at my top 10. A very small percentage of my listening is done via computer or I-pod, so I'm really not that surprised by the outcome.

I Must Be High - Wilco

Ol' 55 - Tom Waits
The Golden State - John Doe
Downtown - The Dexateens
Your Hands On My Skin - Ricky Young
Cruel - Calexico
Acoustic Guitars - Ricky Young
Southside Of Heaven - Ryan Bingham
Blue Eyed Soul - Wilco
Not exactly what you asked, because I don't use ITunes much, but for 30 years I have been putting together combinations of songs (ok mix tapes if you must) to try and express certain things in this way. This is my most recent attempt.

A Rainy Night in Soho - The Pogues
Dusty Sun - The Eastern
Revelator - Gillian Welch
