Kerrville Folk Festival

The festival started last night and I'm still sitting at my desk at work in Houston. I'll be there tonight though.

Here's the most important thing for those not going to the festival:

The Kerrville Folk Festival runs for 18 straight days – Thursday, May 21 – Sunday, June 7.

The entire weekend of May 29-31 will be broadcast live on Sirius XM Radio, The Village (XM 15), hosted by Mary Sue Twohy.

I've got my fingers crossed for Angela Easterling who is an ND community person, and is in the competition this year.

Sadly I missed her performance. I was busy taking a TABC class to be able to serve beer at the festival. My camp Knucklehead mates loved her Black Top Road song though.
