I am a big fan of Green On Red (especially the lost classic Scapegoats) but must confess to not having heard much of Chucks solo stuff . I am however going to buy his new one - an album lenght cover of Waylon Jennings Dreaming My Dreams - sounds good !

Waylons "Honky Tonky Heroes" is my favorite Country album of all time (just ahead of Merles "Back To The Barrooms") .

Awesome.. NPR did not play this in DC.. Chuck's work is great! His last CD "Soap & Water" was a phenomenal work.. I love his classic "Homemade Blood".. I love all his albums..

Just got the Waylon cover record in the mail yesterday and I'm off to see him play at the Borderline in London next Friday. Reports from the tour so far are high on praise. His last record Let Freedom Ring! is a cracker. Thanks for the npr link, I'll check it out.
